SUMMARY: 1 Lord
ShESha, the beloved of Lord #Hari, took birth on earth as Lakshmana; later, the
spiritual deities of the Conch and the Disc namely Kama or the God of Love
and Aniruddha incarnated as Bharata and Shatrughna, respectively. The elder
brother of Lakshmana, whose glow was brither than that of Moon, was called as
Rama (Ramavatar).
SUMMARY: 2 Lord Shesha,
who was very much loved by the Lord of Universe Lord Hari, descended on earth
first as Balarama; later, destroyer of all enemies Lord Hari, incarnated as Sri
Krishna. Sri Krishna, who is brighter than Moon, was preceded by the incarnation

During
Tretayuga, when Sri Hari incarnated as Srirama, Lord Shesha took birth as
Lakshmana. It must be noted that the incarnations of the Conch and Disc as
Bharata and Shatrughna are mentioned after the birth of Lakshmana, which means
Lakshmana was elder than Bharata and Shatrughna. During Dwaparayuga, when Sri
Hari incarnated as Sri Krishna, Lord Shesha was elder than Lord Krishna, which
is reflected in Sri Valmeeki Ramayana as well as Sangraha Ramayana.
