SUMMARY: Whoever takes meals in the aforesaid manner and with the above mentioned knowledge is like a person observing fast every day, a person free from defects and sins; a person who performs holy sacrifices; submit everything that comes in, goes out and remains with you as the order of Sri Hari, the beloved of Rama Devi; he is the epitome of kindness and listens all your words like a mother lends her kind ears to whatever a child blabbers.
Having meals in the prescribed manner and considering whatever one eats as a gift from Lord Hari is equal to fasting each day. This will protect the person from diseases, ailments and sins.
