Knowledgeable are aware that sacred rivers, including Ganga (Since Ganga was brought down to earth through arduous penance by Bhagiratha, she came to be called as Bhageerathi), are flowing in every nerve and pulse of human bienings and cleansing the internal parts of the body. This is a secret, which is seldom revealed by scholarly people.
