SUMMARY:
At a place called “Pashupe”, where a group of people appealed to him, Sri
Madhwaru displayed his extraordinary singing skills and instantly created
flowers and fruits there with his singing; what a miracle!
This
was an incident that happened in Pashupe, where the arecanut and other plants
had stopped yielding flowers or fruits and nuts for several years. As requested
by the villagers, Sri Madhwaru instantly made all the plants to shine with
flowers, fruits and nuts merely by displaying his singing skills.
A
rare fact that owing to the request of the villagers of Pashupe, Sri Madhwaru
wrote “Ganashastra”, a book on how to sing, is mentioned in Bhavaprakashike.

This
GAnashastra laid the foundation for the Dasapantha, which is one of the most
astounding and unknown facts about Sri Madhwaru.
Unfortunately,
Ganashastra by Sri Madhwaru is not known to the present world. It is only
recorded that he had produced such a work. Scholars are of the opinion that Sri
Purandaradasaru, doyen of Carnatic devotional song composers might have secured
it.
In
Tattwapradeepa, the exemplary musical skills of Sri Madhwaru has been described
in very clear terms:

In
his AnuvyAKhyAna, Sri Madhwaru has stated that music can make plants and trees
produce or yield flowers and fruits:
