SUMMARY: Husband of Sri Lakshmi, Sri Hari, who is always shining like the sublime rays of Indraneelamani and pearls and gems, exists in persons or beings with three primary characters namely Satvik, Tamas and Rajas, makes them exhibit the characteristics of all these qualities, makes them inculcate the habits and practices; existing within Lord Vayu and other gods, goddesses, Sri Hari feeds them each and every day.
The characters In all the beings have been broadly divided into three types called Satvik, Tamas and Rajas. Satvik relates to good qualities, Tamas relates negative characters and Rajas is a mixture of cruelty, good nature etc., which are mostly noticeable among the rulers, administrators etc., Accordingly to scholars, there will be a combination or mixture of these qualities in every being. Sri Hari instills these qualities in the beings, motivates the beings to act accordingly and makes them enjoy, suffer and react in accordance with the circumstances, conditions and intensity of these qualities.

SUMMARY: Sri Hari is in the atoms, atomic energy, the visible and visibly huge objects; he conceals or hides the large object in an atom; he will submerges or immerses the subtle things; he makes huge and heavy objects float; this is the greatness of his mystic power; what can the affluent or demons do to him even if they all join hands together and attack Lord Hari? He will grind them like the grinding pit and the pounding club do with the grains.
In this stanza, Sri Jagannatha Dasaru has described the omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence of Lord Hari directly, without mincing words. Lord Hari is “ANOraNeeyAn mahatO maheeyAn” (ಅಣೋರಣೀಯಾನ್ ಮಹತೋಮಹೀಯಾನ್). He is smaller than an atom or even the particles of an atom and he can cover the entire universe just as he did during his incarnation as Vamana. He may submerge the tiniest sand and float huge trees, herbs and shrubs.
In Mahabharata Tatparya Nirnaya, Sri Madhwacharyaru states:
SabrahmakAha suragaNAha sahadaityamartyAha
SarvE samEtya cha madangulichAnE(s)pi|
NEshA Bhayam na mama rAtricharAdamuShmAt
ShudDhwaBhAva iti chainmaham vijAnE||Canto 8/Stanza 7)

This means, even if all the gods, goddesses, deities, including Lord Brahma, demons, humans jointly attack me, they cannot even shake a finger of mine. There is no fear from this demon (pointing at the dead body of Ravana to Vibheeshana) and I am aware that he has a good heart and has imbibed good qualities.
The inanimate trees and flowers blossom at the dawn; inanimate bodies indulge in vivid and varied actions and reactions; a single medicine administered for a similar disease among different people may produce most different results; several insects are born in the urine of cows; food consumed by cows and other animals get converted into milk, blood and so many other things. Hair appears in certain parts of the body; animals, insects, flies etc. are born in soil as well as water. There are inexplicable, ambiguous and confusing mysteries in the world around us and we seldom try to take cognizance of the power behind these things.
All scriptures, Shrutis, Smrutis, Puranas and Vedas try to describe the attributes of the Lord. However, the attributes of Lord Hari are unlimited and beyond description.

SUMMARY: Sri Hari, appearing on earth in the form of Trivikrama, pierced with great efforts the dense earth by hitting it with Axe and other weapons; Sri Hari came from the underground world, where he was living in the house of most powerful emperor Bali, and arrived at unparalleled Dwaraka; therefore, Dwaraka, where Sri Hari, the killer of KushAsura and other demons, arrived and stayed, may, due to the existence of the Lord, clear all sins and fulfill the desires.
In the autobiography of Sri Vadirajaru, it is clearly stated that Sri Vadirajaru stayed in Dwaraka for a long period, did penance, impressed Lord Sri Hayagreeva and earned the grace of the God.
Dwaraka is located on the Surendranagar-Vokha railway line in the western railway division. Mere touch of the soil across Dwaraka is enough for people to attain salvation.
It is mentioned in Skanda purana, “PrabhAsa KAnDA” – Dwarakamahatmya as follows:
PAmsavO DwarakAyA vai vAyunA samUdiritAha|
PApinAm muktidAha prOktAha kim punardwarakABhuvi||

Dwaraka is one among the seven most revered pilgrim centres, as mentioned in Skanda Purana. “AyODhyA, MaThurA, mAyA, KAshee, Kanchee, AvantikA, Puri, DwAravatee chaivam saptaitA mOkShadAyikAha|
During Kruta Yuga, Great King Raivata had performed several sacrifices by spreading the Darbha, the sacrificial grass (Botanical term: Poa Cynosuroides), on an island or a piece of land in the middle of sea. Therefore, this island was named “Kushasthalee”. Later, a demon named Kusha reached Kushasthalee and began torturing the Rishis, Munis and the virtuous people. Lord Brahma went into the underground, brought Sri Hari, who was guarding the doors of the royal palace of demon Bali, to Kushasthalee. Sri Hari honored the request of Lord Brahma by coming to the earth in the form of Trivikrama, and piercing the earth with a huge pounding club (Vonake), buried demon Kusha since he had secured a boon that he could not die from any sort of weapons; Lord Trivikrama  then consecrated Kusheshwara there. Demon Kusha appealed to Lord Hari that any pilgrim visiting Dwaraka should compulsorily have the Darshan of Kusheshwara. Otherwise, they would only get half the Punya or positive energy from the pilgrimage to Dwaraka. Moreover, half the Punya earned by completing the pilgrimage to Dwaraka after having the Darshan of Kusheshwara would go to demon Kusha. Later, during Dwapara Yuga, Lord Krishna invited the celestial sculptor Vishwakarma and got Dwaraka constructed from him in the mid sea. It is said that at the end of his incarnation, Lord Krishna submerged Dwaraka under the waters. Modern investigators, historians, scientists and various other experts have found the relics of the submerged Dwaraka under the sea waters. Still, there is a section of scholars which apprehend that some historians aware of the past established a new Dwaraka in the same location and almost replicated the original shape or form of the city. In the present Dwaraka, Gomati River joins the sea. According to Skanda Purana, several Teerthas called Chakra Teertha, Shankhoddhara Teertha, Gopi Sarovar etc., are in Dwaraka. In Dwaraka Mahatmya it is also mentioned that during the horrible Kali Yuga, Dwaraka would go under the waters.

SRI RAGHAVENDRA SWAMY’S SRI RAMACHARITRYA MANJARI (ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಘವೆಂದ್ರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿರಚಿತ “ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯ ಮಂಜರಿ”)

SRI RAGHAVENDRA SWAMY’S
SRI RAMACHARITRYA MANJARI
After Srirama explained to Sugreeva the reason for not firing the arrow at Vali in the first instance, Srirama instructed Hanumantha to put a garland of Gajapushpa flowers around the neck of Sugreeva so that he could differentiate Sugreeva from Vali. Hanumantha smiled sensibly and then arranged to put the garland of Gajapushpa flowers around the neck of Sugreeva. The reason for Hanumantha to smile was that he was very much capable of identifying Sugreeva. Srirama was not an ordinary person. He is the Lord of this entire universe and he is Omniscient. If, during the war, the garland were to be torn, the possibility of identifying Sugreeva could be nullified yet again. The arrangement was to make Sugreeva believe in the explanation Srirama provided, while the secret reason was to ascertain the determination of Sugreeva. The garland worn by Sugreeva was shining like a necklace of silver. Sugreeva once again saluted Srirama and sought the Lord’s permission to go to the war field. He once again went to the Main Entrance of Kishkindha and yet again invited Vali for the war. Tara, the wife of Vali, hugged Vali tightly and whispered in his ears:
“Dear husband! Do not ignore my words now. I am not telling these words due to utter sorrow or suspicion over your prowess. I have gathered some information and after thorough analysis, I suspect that there is some deceit behind the manner in which Sugreeva has been calling you twice for war. Yesterday, your younger brother Sugreeva ran away from the battle after getting beaten severely from you. Now, within a short span, he is calling you for war yet again and there is some renewed energy and enthusiasm in his voice. There should be some extraordinary reason for this change in his attitude. I have come to know that Srirama, who killed fourteen thousand demons single handedly and killed the seven demons who were doing penance in the guise of seven trees. This powerful Srirama has now become a friend of Sugreeva. This information has been collected by your son Angada. You have not wronged Srirama in any manner. There is no reason for Srirama to have enmity with you or to show extraordinary acquaintance with Sugreeva. Moreover, Srirama is known to be kind and friendly towards all beings. Instead of responding to Sugreeva now, you can go and meet Srirama tomorrow with valuables and make friendship with him. Once impressed, Srirama will not support Sugreeva in the war against you. Let Angada go to Srirama and bring him into our palace amid royal procession. Let us worship him in the palace and extend a warm welcome to him. Let us strike an alliance with Sugreeva, who cannot disobey Srirama. Let us forget the past and try to live peacefully in our kingdom.” \
Vali was not in a position to agree with his wife. He told: “My beloved! When someone is calling for war, we cannot remain silent. Such silence is the symbol of being eunuchs. I have never said “no” to a call for war. I can never escape from war field. Srirama is very kind. He cannot  do wrong to someone to please someone else. He is the God and even if I die by an arrow shot by him, I will be relieved of all my sins and I will attain salvation.”
Srirama too thought that Vali had great respect for him and therefore Srirama decided not to be seen by Vali. This decision of Srirama has been misinterpreted by many scholars. Srirama had promised Sugreeva with Fire God as witness that he would kill Vali. If Vali were to see Srirama, the former would immediately salute Srirama and fall at his feet. Being the ultimate protector of the universe,
Srirama would not be able to extend ‘protection’ to Vali after getting saluted. Srirama wanted not to be seen till he was alive. Therefore, Srirama went behind a thick tree and shot the arrow at Vali at an appropriate time. The arrow stuck on the chest of Vali. Srirama then came in front of Vali, who, in the sense of abuse, told Srirama: “Lord, the tenets of war are such that killing a person battling with someone else, a person with his attention diverted from the war, an innocent person, a person living alone in forest, a beastly person was criminal. I was fighting with Sugreeva. You had no business to fire the arrow from behind a tree.” The reply of Srirama in the next episode.

SUMMARY: Sri Hari is staying in the sensory organs. Being the motivator, he makes the being aware of different subjects. He is naturally, originally, eternally and completely happy. He is the recipient as well as the provider. He is the addressee of all Vedas. Being present in every being as unaware of anything, he enjoys. He loves devotees and the most fortunate.
In this stanza, the omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence of Sri Hari have been deftly described in a very lucid and simple dictum. Sri Hari motivates the sensory organs; he receives anything and everything offered to him by devotees; residing within every being, he motivates them to think and act in a particular manner; he gives the knowledge and receives the same, when the virtuous offer them to please him; he gives satisfaction and gets satisfied; unless he desires, humans cannot do anything; moreover, personally, Sri Hari does not need anything; he is self-satisfied.
